How to unlock bootloader of Sony Xperia

Today' tutorial is about how to unlock bootloader of Sony Xperia any modal and it definately works.
First, you should confirm that it is possible to unlock the boot loader of your phone by checking the service menu. In your phone, open the dialer and enter " *#*#7378423#*#* " to access the service menu.
This LINK and click "Yes i am sure ". Now tick both options and click i agree.
3. Now in your phone dial *#06# and you will get a number . Now write your name, the number you got by dialing *#06# (don't write the last number) and your email . Click submit .
4 In few seconds you will recieve an email with a key . Save it in notepad/wordpad/word for later use
5 Download Android SDK and Java Development Kit . Install Java first
6. Download a 2kb file from here. Extract it .
7. Now open Sdk manager from Android SDK folder .
Install Google USB driver there as shown in picture
8. Paste that 2Kb file in :- Android SDK\adt-bundle-windows-x86-20130219\sdk\extras\google\usb_driver
9 Turn off your phone. Keep pressing volume up button and at the same time connect the phone to computer using USB cable. A blue led will light up
10 Then right click on computer -> then properties and at left side you will find " Device Manager " and will be written Android phone. Click it and you will see written Android ADB interface. Right click and select update drivers. Then browse for drivers and select the folder where you kept that 2kb file.Click let me pick from a list of folder from my computer but first browse to the folder.
12 Now go to Android SDK folder->platform tools. There press shift and right click now click open command prompt here .Enter" fastboot.exe -i 0x0fce getvar version " ( dont put ") and verify that you get a response back (for example "0.3"). This means your phone is connected properly.
13. Now enter fastboot.exe-i 0x0fce oem unlock 0xKEY, where KEY is the unlock boot loader key you got in the beginning of this instruction. The boot loader should now be successfully unlocked.
Now your bootloader is unlocked . Enjoy

- In your phone, tap Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you can continue with the next step. If it says No, or if the status is missing, your device cannot be unlocked.

DeleteI rooted my phone, Unlocked the bootloader and i also downloaded the Xperia nexus Rom for my phone. Problem is I opened custom Recovery in my tipo mobile cleared all the data, cache etc...
My main problem is I forgot to keep the downloaded Rom in internal storage and i kept in ext card due to this my phone got stuck in sony logo plss help me regarding this........
